Remember the Intelligence of Your Womb

The womb is a vessel of creation, intuition, memory, and transformation.

For generations, women have carried stories, wounds, dreams, and wisdom within their wombs. Through the noise of modern life, many have become disconnected from this sacred center.

Return to the Womb is an immersive journey designed to help women reconnect with the wisdom of their bodies, heal ancestral patterns, deepen their relationship with creation, and remember the sacred art of bringing life into the world.

Together we will gather in ceremony, sisterhood, teachings, and embodied practices inspired by Mayan ancestral wisdom, traditional healing arts, and feminine spirituality.

Whether you desire to conceive a child, birth a project, deepen your relationship, heal your lineage, or simply reconnect with yourself, this retreat offers a powerful space of remembrance.

Who is this for?

I'M READY

Our Flow

September 10th

Opening the Portal

We arrive on the land and begin by slowing down, arriving fully into the present moment and into our bodies. Together, we open a sacred container, set our intentions, and explore the womb as a vessel of creation—not only for birthing children, but for birthing dreams, relationships, and a life in alignment with our deepest truth. Through an opening fire ceremony with sacred cacao, we awaken the heart and step across the threshold into this transformative journey.
September 11th

Limpieza (Purification)

Before we can create, we first make space. This day is devoted to cleansing the body, womb, heart, and ancestral lineage through Mayan abdominal massage, sound healing, plant medicine, and ceremonial practices. We explore the feminine through the lens of Mayan cosmovision, honor the women who came before us, and participate in a flowering bath and fire ceremony that support deep emotional, energetic, and spiritual renewal.
September 12th

Birthing

Having created space, we turn toward the mystery of creation itself. Through teachings on conscious conception, the sacred wisdom of the placenta and umbilical cord, inner child healing, and sisterhood practices, we reconnect with the innocence, creativity, and life force that lives within each of us. This day reminds us that every new beginning is nurtured first within the womb of our own being.
September 13th

The Art of Polarity & Relating

The fourth day explores the sacred dance of relationship. We reflect on feminine and masculine polarities, conscious partnership, sacred sexuality, moon cycle wisdom, and how these teachings support healthy conception, intimacy, and community. Through women’s circles, ceremony, and deep conversation, we expand our understanding of how healing our relationships contributes to the birth of a more harmonious world.
September 14th

Integration & Closing

Our final day is a time to gently weave together all that has been experienced. Through reflection, gratitude, ceremony, and shared witnessing, we honor the transformations that have unfolded and prepare to carry these teachings into daily life. We close our circle rooted in sisterhood, connected to our womb’s wisdom, and inspired to embody what we have remembered—for ourselves, our families, our communities, and the generations yet to come.

YOUR FACILITATORS

Charlotte Nieuwenhuis

Charlotte is the founder of Heart to Earth and is devoted to weaving mystical traditions, ancestral wisdom, and plant medicine into pathways for modern healing. Her work explores the root causes of our disconnection from Spirit, the Earth, and ourselves, guiding people back into relationship with the wisdom of the Divine Mother and the living pulse of nature. Through ceremony, sacred cacao, and Indigenous teachings, she creates transformative spaces of remembrance, healing, and reconnection.

She has dedicated her life to bridging the ancient with the emerging, cultivating a deeper bond with the Earth, and reestablishing the sacredness of life through reciprocityintegrity, and responsibility.

Nana Reyna Zavala

Nana Reyna is a respected Mayan K’iche wisdom keeper who has dedicated her life to preserving and sharing ancestral teachings surrounding womanhood, birth, family, and the sacred relationship between humanity and nature. Drawing from generations of Indigenous knowledge, she guides participants through Mayan cosmovision, the wisdom of conscious conception, the sacred role of the placenta and umbilical cord, and traditional ceremonies that honor the cycles of life. Her presence carries the depth, gentleness, and strength of a living lineage.

Malin

Maria-Jose, lovingly known as Malin—her spirit name—is a medicine woman who believes deeply in the healing power of authentic human connection. Guided by Spirit, her teachers, and the ancestral medicines that have found her along the way, she creates spaces where women are invited to soften, remember, and return to their innate wholeness.

Her work is rooted in reverence, weaving together embodiment practices, sound healing, sisterhood, creativity, and inner child healing. With a gentle and grounded presence, Malin supports women in reconnecting with their hearts, embracing vulnerability as a source of strength, and cultivating relationships built on trust, authenticity, and love. She believes that within each sincere encounter, we are offered the opportunity to remember the divine reflected in one another.
