The Earth is vibrating

Can you feel it?

Something is changing beneath our feet. The pulse of the Earth is rising, calling us to remember a way of being that lives beyond the noise of a society in a hurry to move always faster, consume more, and disconnect.

The womb is our sacred portal to that remembrance.

She resonates with the primordial heartbeat of the Mother.

Through the rhythms of our bodies,

the wisdom held in our bones,

the quiet knowing in our hearts.

Have you felt it?

That subtle pulsation asking you to slow down, listen, soften. To return.

Some calls cannot be ignored forever.

This is for the woman who knows that deep healing happens in relationship, with the Earth, in sisterhood, and with herself.

Come reawaken your creative life force.

Honor the portal that has always lived within you.

Remember the wisdom your body has never forgotten.

Return to the womb.

Return to the Earth.

Return home.

Our intention with this retreat is for you

to be in sisterhood

to root down into your essence and womanhood.

So we can lead from the heart through the earth.

This retreat is for women who feel called to cultivate a deeper relationship with Mama Cacao not simply as a beverage, but as a sacred plant teacher rooted in culture, ecology, and ancestral wisdom.

Whether you are beginning your journey with cacao or already sharing her within your community, this experience offers an opportunity to deepen your understanding through immersion, ceremony, and direct relationship with the land and the people who have safeguarded her for generations.

It is for the woman who feels the quiet call that there is another way to live.

The one who longs to slow down, soften, and remember the wisdom her body has always carried.

She believes that healing happens in relationship—with the Earth, with other women, and with herself.

She is ready to reconnect with her womb, not only as a physical space, but as a source of intuition, creativity, life, and deep remembrance.

She is curious about Indigenous wisdom and approaches these traditions with humility, reverence, and an open heart.

She desires more than a vacation. She longs for an experience that transforms the way she relates to herself, to the living Earth, and to the communities who continue to protect ancestral ways of life.

Whether you are moving through a life transition, seeking clarity, grieving, creating, or simply longing to come home to yourself, this journey offers a space to be held, witnessed, and nourished.

You do not need prior experience with cacao, ceremony, or spiritual practices, only a willing heart, an open mind, and a readiness to learn, listen, and remember.

Come home to your womb

Our Journey

As we arrive on the sacred lands of Guatemala, we surrender to the guidance of the Nahuales—the living energies of the Mayan calendar that will gently shape our flow together. Allowing the land to guide us into remembrance.
February 7th

Entering the Sacred Waters

Our first act is one of remembrance. We greet the waters through a sacred water ceremony, offering our presence to the land and opening ourselves to receive her wisdom. From there, we travel by boat across Lake Atitlán to our retreat sanctuary, where we will root into the space that will hold us for the next seven days.
February 8th

Awakening the Body

We begin the morning by awakening the body through a guided BodyFlow practice, woven together with ceremonial cacao, conscious breath, and meditative movement. Later, we deepen our relationship with cacao through a plant study exploring her spirit, medicinal qualities, and place within Mayan cosmology. As evening arrives, we are welcomed into a Mayan Womb Massage and nourishing cacao butter ritual. This is your invitation to soften, receive, and reconnect with the wisdom held within.

Rising of the Divine Feminine

This day is devoted to ceremony. Guided by Maya Cosmovision, we welcome Nana Lucy, who will lead us through a sacred flower bath, inviting healing, remembrance, and deep connection to the feminine lineage. As the sun sets, we gather around the sacred fire for a traditional Mayan Fire Ceremony, offering prayers, gratitude, and intentions to the ancestors and the living Earth.

Returning to the Womb of the Earth

The Earth herself becomes our teacher. Inside the warmth of the Temazcal, we surrender to the medicine of the sweat lodge, symbolically returning to the womb of Mother Earth. Through an Ancestral Lineage Ritual, we honor those who came before us, release what no longer belongs to us, and remember the gifts our lineage has entrusted us to carry.

The Wisdom of Mama Cacao

Here, we meet cacao where she grows, in relationship with the land and the hands that care for her. Together we make offerings to the trees, learn about her cultivation, prepare cacao from bean to paste, and share her sacred elixir in ceremony, experiencing her, immersed in her temple.

Hélène Van

With nearly seven years of experience facilitating circles and holding space for personal growth, Hélène creates warm, grounded spaces that invite people to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and explore at their own pace. She believes that meaningful transformation happens when we honour our own rhythm and make space to truly listen within. Her approach is gentle, intuitive, and deeply rooted in presence, allowing each participant to engage in a way that feels right for them.

As a certified Yoga Nidra teacher and Human Design guide, Hélène integrates practices that encourage deep authentic rest, self-awareness, and cyclical living. Alongside her circle facilitation, she also offers nurturing massages with warm cacao butter, creating a deeply restorative experience that supports relaxation, embodiment, and a deeper connection with oneself.

Her intention is for every participant to leave feeling more connected to themselves, with a renewed sense of clarity, balance, and inner trust.

A Prayer for this Gathering

We gather to remember.

To listen once again to the wisdom carried in our bodies.

To honor the women who came before us.

To heal what is ready to be healed.

To birth what is longing to emerge.

To return to the womb

the very place where life begins.
